- 1 green apple
- handful of strawberries
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of psyllium fibers
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 lemon juice
Peel the apple and remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Take the apple and strawberries in a mixer and add water, coconut milk, flax seeds, pisilium fibers, chia seeds and lemon juice. Mix all of them until a smooth mixture is obtained and put into a glass.
For best results, you should drink before bedtime. If you use the drink regularly, you will notice the feeling of swelling and the colon cleansing.
